Who We Are

Launched in 2007, Irons 2 Impact, Inc. (“I²I ”) was created for the sole purpose of transforming lives and communities through sports education and life coaching.

A.  Our Vision:

The vision of I²I is to reach unrepresented and underserved youth between the ages of 8-18 and young adults ages 19-24 as an agent of change through sports programs and activities promoting leadership, life skills, character and personal development.

B.  Five Year Vision:

I²I Foundation is committed to revitalizing underserved urban communities and neighborhoods by building community centers, open recreation centers and reestablish parks in urban areas.

C.  Our Mission:

The mission of I²I is to teach, train and impart character development in the lives of youths through empowerment education and a unique recreation model.

We accomplish these goals by delivering a program that provides extraordinary results through:  

•       Football and Basketball Camps

•      District Sport Leagues

•      Impact thru Education (Character Development, Conflict Resolution and Money Management)

•      Youth Sports Programs Community-based and Outreach Programs
